EOS Products has an iconic lipbalm that sells millions every minute. Our client needed a cohesive brand identity and a new ecommerce website build to show off their vibrant colors.
EOS Products was in need of UltraMod’s help when they noticed their email marketing and design wasn’t converting into any sales, and did not result in costumers signing up for their mailing list. They were discouraged when they were spending too much money on digital agencies and not seeing consistency in their brand identity with other agencies. UltraMod helped them acheive consistent email marketing brand identity.
- The Task
One of the main goals of the EOS Products + UltraMod for their online presence was to translate their product’s popularity and high customer ratings into the the brand’s digital space. Living with the negative business impact brought by constant bugs and checkout flow issues on their previous website, the EOS Products sought the help of beauty e-commerce expert UltraMod, with help streamlining the brand cohesion, marketing experience and elevate the brand’s digital branding across all platforms.
- The Project
With all our clients we go through a wholistic digital strategy, which helps us determine what new elements need to be added to the product detail pages, to educate shoppers on EOS Products’s features and benefits. The result is a layout where the costumer can intuitively scroll a side module to view content surrounding the product, such as other customer reviews and product ingredients, without leaving the page. This is also optimized for mobile, so customers can view benefits and purchase right from their phone. Ratings and reviews on the product page were incorporated using Yotpo review platform.
EOS Products had previously experienced a lot of checkout drop-off; in order to secure the checkout flow, UItraMod integrated one-click payment options to increase user retention. Added also to the site are product recommendations, which have been seamlessly introduced into a conversion path.
- The Results
We helped our client gain more organic traffic from SEO, more sales conversions from a more user friendly website, and more engagement from their current email list thru beautifully designed and creative email marketing. We also helped with EOS Products social media planning and engagement to gain more followers on their social channels. Once the new site was launched UltraMod transitioned EOS Products to its Ongoing Service Retainer Program and together have established an aggressive roadmap for innovation including subscriptions, recurring orders, and digital advertising, social media art direction, email marketing and content creation. Once our redesign was complete EOS Products saw a dramatic increase in organic traffic of over 26% with an excellent conversion rate. EOS Products also got a significant rise in their social media channels receiving a +357% rise in post engagements coupled with a +179% rise in reach.
